The nearly indestructible, yet soft and lightweight, 75D Gore-Tex® 2L exterior resists abrasion and remains completely waterproof and windproof in the worst winter weather. Thermo3D design regulates women's body temperatures by placing the most PrimaLoft® insulation (100 g) down the sides of the back and slightly less (60 g) in the sleeves, across the upper back, down the spine and in the hood to prevent overheating.
