• Technicality: The MERINTECH range of knitted fabrics comes from the combination of the best polypropylene microfiber and 100% extrafine Merino. The combination of these two materials unites the irreplaceable characteristics of wool with the innovation of synthetic fibres. In contact with the skin, polypropylene is thermoregulating, insulating, light and breathable. It favors the evaporation of humidity and guarantees a pleasant sensation of warmth in any climatic situation. Polypropylene is also bacteriostatic and hypoallergenic, therefore it allows people who normally cannot wear beautiful woolen clothes because they are allergic or have sensitive skin. Merino wool is an extremely valuable, soft and insulating material. Processed with polypropylene it becomes absolutely no-pilling and easy to maintain. It is the most insulating in its category but equally thin and compact. We can work it with special 3D or jacquard structures.
