Bristol CT:  91 Pine St (Route 72)

Bob’s Bristol CT location on Route 72 has 7,500 sq feet of retail space with a large section of the store dedicated to skis, snowboards, boots, bindings, goggles and helmets in the winter and one of the largest selections in Connecticut of discs for disc golf in spring/summer.  For all seasons, the Bristol CT store carries apparel and outerwear from over 100 top adventure sports brands including The North Face, Patagonia, Spyder, and Under Armour among others.  In 2016, due to strong growth in its online business, Bob’s moved from its original “chalet” style location on Kings St in Bristol CT to its newly constructed building on Route 72.  The Bristol CT location carries a full range of ski and snowboard equipment rentals for adults and kids at the lowest prices in the area.

Avon CT: 195 W Main St (Route 44) – NEW LOCATION!

Bob’s Avon CT location on Route 44 opened in October 2019 at Route 44 Plaza in the former Sun & Ski location.  The store boasts 7,500 sq feet of retail space and was completely remodeled prior to occupying, giving it a similar look and feel to its Bristol location.   The Bristol and Avon locations carry some of the same items, but you should also expect to find a diversity of products in the two locations.  Like Bristol, the Avon store carries a huge selection of ski & snowboard gear, rentals and has a full-service tuning shop. 

If you’re looking for a huge selection of Patagonia for men, women and children, Avon is the place to shop.  Additionally, women’s luxury branded outerwear and apparel such NILS, Skida, Mons Royale, Krimson Klover or plush Chaos faux pom hats are featured in Avon.  Avon’s footwear wall is filled with winter boots, trail runners, comfortable cruisers and plush slippers from Salomon, The North Face, Sorel and Merrell.  The youth outerwear section is also significantly larger in Avon than Bristol.
